1. General

LiCo Reklam offers, among other things, the distribution of printed marketing material to households within agreed geographical areas. These terms and conditions apply between LiCo Reklam and the customer when ordering advertising space or distribution services.

2. Responsibility for distribution

LiCo Reklam is responsible for ensuring that the material is distributed to the area and number of households specified. Minor deviations may occur depending on practical circumstances such as access to mailboxes, households that have declined advertising, or unforeseen obstacles.

3. Results and impact

LiCo Reklam makes no guarantees about increased sales, new customers or other commercial effects of the marketing. The effect of this type of advertising is influenced by several factors, such as industry, season, competitive situation, design of the offer and the recipient's interest. The outcome is therefore difficult to measure in exact figures and is completely outside LiCo Reklam's responsibility.

4. Responsibility for content

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the material submitted to LiCo Reklam for printing and distribution is accurate, legal and does not infringe third party rights. LiCo Reklam disclaims all liability for any legal penalties or financial claims arising from the customer's material.

Furthermore, LiCo Reklam is not responsible for the advertising parties keeping their promises regarding the advertising they do.

5. Print and color variations

Minor differences in color, print quality, or paper quality may occur. These are considered normal deviations and do not entitle you to a price reduction or compensation.

6. Force majeure

LiCo Reklam is not responsible for delays or non-distribution due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, illness, strikes or other unforeseen events.

7. Payment terms

Payment must be made according to the invoice and the terms stated therein. In the event of late payment, interest will be charged in accordance with the Interest Act and any reminder fees.

8. Changes to terms and conditions

LiCo Reklam reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The latest version is always published on our website.
